    Export Roland cutting  blade holder within three bearing, flexible use, Blade holder carved  the line more smooth. Applies not only to Roland carving machine series, as long as the answer with other carving machine.

(1).Cutting blade knife shoulds not be stretched out too long, the general is better to be within 0.5 mm.

(2).When you carve the small word,cutting blade knife can be stretched out longer. 

(3).When the blade holder has a problem , you can try to drop of oil in the bearing and insert the blade knife , then,Turn it a few times.If the blade

       holder have no change ,  you should buy a new blade holder.

Tungsten carbide is a very hard wearing metal which will last a long time for all your cutting needs.

(2).When should i change my blade?

If you start to get ragged edges or vinyl is not clean cuttting , you can also tell when are weeding vinyl becomes harder (ie) not comming of the cut area cleanly.we also reccomend changing the teflon strip . This is normally a white strip the goes across the width of the plotter under the blade which protects the blade from damage. This strip can get very worn when using the wrong pressure setting on your plotter . Its ideal to replace this strip around 2-4 months depending on usage. we do sell these ,you can see my other items.

A lot of people have more than one set of blades and holders due to cutting different materials (ie) vinyl,reflective,flock,card and so on this saves a lot of time. if you have more than one holder and different degree blades set up ready for different materials , you can buy extra holders and blades form our shop.
